    City offices will be closed Nov. 23-24 in recognition of the Thanksgiving holiday, including the City-School Administration Center. The meeting of the Rapid City Zoning Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission will be held a day earlier on Wednesday at 7 a.m. in Council Chambers. Hours of operation for other city facilities and services during Thanksgiving Week include: Solid Waste: Monday and Tuesday's regular trash collection will be collected Monday.
