Inside Fire Camp

But if larger fires develop across the country, they can sometimes be sent out there. But how does someone become a wildland firefighter? It starts in fire school. NewsCenter1's Sam Kraemer and Meteorologist Andrew Shipotofsky deliver a three-part series on the camp, airing from Aug. 15-17.

Part 1: Classroom Instruction
