Lemon Garlic Grilled Zucchini

In healthy eating, Anya gets the grill fired up to make lemon garlic grilled zucchini. This dish is the perfect balance of tender and crisp with a lemon garlic sauce that is bursting with flavor in every bite! This zucchini is a side dish that will go well with any meal!

2 Large zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch diagonal slices

1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning

2 tsp Minced garlic

1/2 tsp Dried garlic

1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)

1/4 tsp Pepper (or to taste)

2 tbs Lemon juice

Pam spray

Spray the grill with pam cooking spray or oil.

Place everything in a large ziplock bag and shake it all together so the zucchini gets coated in seasoning and lemon juice.

For best flavor, let zucchini marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes or more. (The more you marinate the zucchini the more flavor the zucchini will absorb.)

Before grilling zucchini, preheat grill over medium low heat. Place zucchini on heated grill and grill 2-3 minutes on each side, or until zucchini is tender to your liking and has grill marks. Enjoy!
