RAPID CITY, S.D. -

In this week's Just Try It Tuesday, Anya and Lewis try out a recipe for do-it-yourself slime.

This is a fun project you can do at home with the kids. You will need borax, water, Elmer's glue and food coloring. You simply mix 1 ounce of glue (about one quarter of a bottle) with 1/4 cup of water in a bowl.

Add 1/4 cup of borax to the bowl, then add a few drops of food coloring.

Stir as much as you can, then dig in and knead the mixture with your hands until it gets less sticky. Within a few minutes, you should have your very own slime!

This experiment is a little messy, so use precautions.
