Insurance agents say most of the claims from the hail damage a few weeks ago have been processed.
Most insurance companies brought in teams of adjusters, which blanketed the area.
State Farm Insurance say they processed around 900 auto claims and over 700 homeowners claims.
They say now many people are trying to put back the pieces that were damaged, either by doing some repairs on their own, taking their vehicle to a body shop, or hiring a contractor.
Scott Carlson, of State Farm Insurance, says, “Try to go with a contractor who is local—someone who is gonna be there, if there is an issue six months from now, twelve months from now, and you have a question about what was done or some follow up that would be needed."
Late last month, hail pelted much of the area, leaving thousands of people filing insurance claims.
Cars, homes, and many windows were all damaged from the storm.
