South Dakota Governor Mike Rounds is visiting troops in Iraq.  Rounds, says soldiers' spirits are good and they're excited about what they're doing.

Rounds is traveling with several other governors, National Guard Bureau Chief General Craig McKinley and other military officials.

It's the South Dakota governor's second trip to Iraq.  He says security in the country is significantly better than it was a couple of years ago, though the area is still a war zone.
