Noem Leads Herseth Sandlin in Poll

It's a neck and neck race for South Dakota's U.S. House seat up for grabs.
The recent Rasmussen Poll out on Friday puts Kristi Noem ahead of congresswoman Stephanie Herseth Sandlin. But the race is tight. Noem is at 49 percent to Herseth-Sandlin's 44 percent.
This is the second straight public poll that has Noem leading Herseth Sandlin.
