South Dakota will receive 1.1-million in a national settlement with pharmaceutical manufacturer Astra-Zeneca.
Attorney General Marty Jackley says the deal resolves allegations of illegal marketing of the company's anti-psychotic drug Seroquel.
The company denies the government's allegations but says it wants to avoid a drawn-out legal fight.
