North Dakota officially has joined the federal lawsuit challenging the federal health care law.
Since President Obama signed the health care reform bill into law last month, several states, including South Dakota, have joined together to fight health care reform.
Attorney Generals from 14 states are challenging the constitutionality of the new law.
South Dakota joined the lawsuit at the end of March.
Florida is taking the lead in the lawsuit, so both North and South Dakota attorney generals say their states out-of-pocket costs will be minimal.
