South Dakota's World War II Veterans have another chance to visit Washington to see their National Memorial.
The Honor Flight South Dakota Board announced Saturday that a two-day trip has been scheduled for may 21st and 22nd. It will include visits to the World War II National Monument, Arlington National Cemetery and other memorials.
About 110 veterans and support staff are expected to participate. More than 450 South Dakota veterans took part in the Honor Flight program last year, but there are still more than 500 on the waiting list.
