At 360 pounds, health issues and fertility problems posed some big challenges for one former contestant on NBC's biggest loser, Kristin Steede.

She's the first woman of 209 contestants so far to lose 100 pounds while on the reality show's ranch and she'll share her message Saturday at the Empowering Women’s Conference in Rapid City.
