Sheriff Charged

A Pennington County sheriff deputy is charged with reckless driving.
That's after Terry Comrie was responding to an emergency call last month with his lights and sirens on and hit another vehicle while going through an intersection.
The passenger of that vehicle was seriously injured.
The state's attorney says Comrie didn't exercise due caution when going through the intersection, that's why the state's attorney says he's at fault.
