A 36-year-old man from rural Elk Point has been indicted on charges he raped a young girl.
Trent Hemmingsen faces two counts of first-degree rape in Union County.
Court documents say he raped the girl, now 7, in his home during the summers of 2008 and 2009.
The relationship between Hemmingsen and the girl was not disclosed.
And, a Sioux Falls photographer faces federal charges after child pornography was allegedly found on his computer.
Sixty-year-old Mark Glammeier was indicted last week on two counts of possessing child pornography.
Authorities say pornographic images were found on his computer last summer.
