If you're looking something to do on Friday night and want to support the Black Hills Humane Society, we have the event for you.

Starting at 6:00 p.m., the Humane Society will kick off its Annual Punk Rock for Puppies Fundraiser at Roman's Lounge on Saint Joseph Street.  Featured bands will play throughout the night.

Those with the Humane Society say everyone is welcome and the proceeds will go toward a great cause.

Deb Anderson with the Humane Society of the Black Hills says, "It helps us bring awareness to the community, the importance of spaying and neutering your pets."

This year is the fifth year for Punk Rock for Puppies.

Anderson says the Humane Society is always accepting donations.
