As we've said for days, the Black Hills got lucky.  But, eastern South Dakota is still having problems from this last storm.

South Dakota officials have closed I-90 between Chamberlain and the Minnesota border, and I-29 between Sioux Falls and Watertown.  Also, I-29 from Watertown to the North Dakota border remains closed. 

High winds are causing white out conditions.  Visibility was down to zero, prompting the state patrol to shut down the interstate.
