A grand jury has indicted a second man in the 2007 slaying of a Rapid City woman.
Prosecutors say 23-year-old Aaron Jones played a larger role than first believed in the death of 44-year-old Tamara Magic and they have revoked their promise of immunity for his testimony against 24-year-old Tad Blackburn.
Jurors convicted Blackburn in August of second-degree murder.
