Democratic Senator Tim Johnson says the Senate-passed health care reform bill isn't perfect but contains enough good things that he supported it when passed in the senate last week.
He calls it a "historic step forward" and says it makes insurance more affordable, makes Medicare more stable, and cuts the federal deficit.
Republican Sen. John Thune and all other GOP senators voted against it.
