Around 2,300 Black Hills Power customers were without electricity for about two hours Saturday afternoon.
BHP says equipment failure at the Anamosa Street substation knocked out power around 1:30 p.m. in north Rapid City.
The traffic signals on the south side of Haines weren't working.
BHP says the problem was fixed and power was restored to the area around 3:00 p.m.
