We are down to just 24 teams left in the South Dakota High School Football Playoffs.  The final four is in every class.

No team gets this far because of a single player.  In fact, there are several outstanding individuals who are helping the St. Thomas More Cavaliers move closer to returning to the Dome.

Jared Jacobson accounted for all four touchdowns against Belle Fourche during the second round of the playoffs on Monday night.  Jacobson threw two touchdowns and ran for two more scores.

In addition, Mike Reagan had a 25 yard touchdown reception and a key interception late in the game.

The victory put St. Thomas More back in the state semi-finals for the sixth year in row.

St. Thomas More Head Coach Wayne Sullivan says, "Very blessed with a Jared Jacobson, Conor Casey, Parker Sullivan, Jeremiah Brewster, Nolan Johnson. You know kids that every week perform.  Again like last week, Mike Reagan steps up.  Week before or a couple of weeks ago, you have a kid like Nick Fees.  It's just amazing every week with a kid stepping up. Who knows who's going to step up on Saturday?"

St. Thomas More hosts Dakota Valley on Saturday Nov. 7, 2009 at O'Harra Stadium.  Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
