Napoli May Join Gubernatorial Race

Another west river candidate could be throwing his hat in the ring for governor with a stipulation.

Former state GOP lawmaker Bill Napoli says he'll seek the nomination if supporters can raise $250,000.

Napoli says other Republican candidates don't relate to the blue collar conservatives in South Dakota.

Napoli says his supporters already have pledges for $160,000.

Republicans already running for governor are Lieutenant Governor Dennis Daugaard, Senate Republican Leader Dave Knudson, former Brookings Mayor Scott Munsterman, and rancher Ken Knuppe.
