If you have one of those cell phones that can do almost
anything but you're not completely sure how to work it, there is hope.
The Verizon wireless store in Rapid City is offering a special workshop
geared at showing you how to effectively work your smartphone, or PDA. Many people investing time and money in a
phone that does more than just call are finding problems with getting the most
out of it. The workshop class is called
"20 things your PDA can do for you," and anyone who wants to learn
how those sophisticated gadgets work is welcome to attend.
Manager Clint Courtney of Verizon Wireless says, "This
is for people who have a PDA and who are interested in a PDA. Whether you're with Verizon or not you're
welcome to attend the workshop. If you
just have questions on how to run your PDA and make sure you're maximizing
it. That's what we're here to help out
with."
The PDA workshop is Feb. 20, 2009 at the Rapid City Verizon
store on Omaha Street. The class starts at 8:00 a.m. and last about
an hour. It's free and it's a good idea
to register for the workshop. To do
that, go online at www.pdaworkshop.wds.vzw.com.
