2 8”-10” Zuchinni Squash
2 8”-10” Straight Neck Yellow Squash
2 Large Onions
4 Portobello Mushrooms
Italian Salad Dressing
Slice squash lengthwise into 3 or 4 slices each/ Put 4 toothpicks through each onion to hold rings together and slice onions. Place squash, onion rings, and Portobello mushrooms on cookie sheet; then pour dressing over both sides of the vegetables. Grill vegetables on barbeque grill for 4-5 minutes per side and serve hot off the grill. Note: A lite Italian Dressing may be used in place of the regular dressing.
