Rapid City Rush General Manager Tim Hill Resigns
The Rapid City Rush announced Wednesday that general manager
Tim Hill has resigned and head coach Joe Ferras will now assume both duties.
Hill began as the assistant general manager during Rapid City's first season
and was promoted to GM in 2010.
At the end of the 2011 season, Hill was named the Central Hockey
League Executive of the Year.
Hill has accepted a job in the oil and gas industry in Canada, in
order to be closer to family.
Brandon Schumacher will serve as assistant general manager.
