Reeder Re-Signs with the Rush
After somewhat of an average season for the Rapid City Rush last year, the team is turning to former players to help lead the organization back to the top in the Central Hockey League.
After trading for Gio Flamminio earlier this month, the Rush announced their first signing this offseason.
Konrad Reeder will return to Rapid City for the upcoming season.
Reeder spent the 2012-13 season skating for a team in France, where he totaled 35 points including a team-leading 19 goals in 25 games.
Two years ago, the 31-year old led the Rush with 37 goals and 82 points.
The Rush also launched an updated web site Tuesday and announced the team's slogan for the upcoming season which is "Our Town, Our Team."
Season tickets for the 2013-14 season are now available by calling the Rush office.
