"Skinny" Shamrock Shakes:

This is a healthy alternative to the popular seasonal McDonald's treat

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk (more or less depending on desired thickness)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 6 drops of green food coloring
  • Low fat whipped cream
  • Fresh Mint Sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and fresh mint
