Students at Western Dakota Tech's law enforcement program were stunned today!
About nine students were tased as part of their training.
Custer County Sheriff Deputy Glen Talley is the full time instructor for the students, and put them through the test.
So why do these students get tased in the first place?
Organizers say it's so students better understand the tools available and how they work.
Students are also pepper sprayed during their program.
